FinhubPrimePlan adheres to the highest standards of financial ethics and compliance. All advice is provided in accordance with applicable Canadian financial and business regulations.
All service fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Full payment must be made according to the terms stated in your invoice or client agreement. Late payments may result in interest charges or suspension of services.
Refunds are only granted under specific conditions:
If FinhubPrimePlan fails to deliver the agreed-upon service.
If there is a verified error caused by our firm.
Refunds are not issued for completed consultations, delivered reports, or financial strategies already provided to the client.
Clients may cancel scheduled sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled after this time or missed entirely may be charged in full.
All financial and personal data shared with FinhubPrimePlan is strictly confidential. We protect client information in accordance with privacy and data protection laws of Alberta and Canada.
While FinhubPrimePlan provides expert financial guidance, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or investment performance.
FinhubPrimePlan shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
All content, reports, and materials provided by FinhubPrimePlan remain the intellectual property of the company and may not be reproduced without written consent.
We may refer clients to external financial or legal services. FinhubPrimePlan is not responsible for the actions or results of such third parties.
Clients agree to provide accurate financial data and cooperate fully during the advisory process. FinhubPrimePlan shall not be responsible for outcomes affected by incomplete or false information.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada.
FinhubPrimePlan reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
